School Outreach

In addition to our partnership with Stars Book Clubs, Fellowship has had several mentoring opportunities available during the school year at various schools. We also have opportunities to collect donations of supplies needed at our Waco ISD partner school, JH Hines Elementary. We are able to encourage teachers and staff at JH Hines with teacher appreciation lunches and treat bags. Thank you to our church body for contributing to these efforts as we invest in the next generation and the schools that are shaping them!

Student Mentors are asked to encourage, exhort, and provide accountability while acting as a coach, role model, and friend to your student. Mentors usually meet with their students for about 30 minutes per week.

Periodically, Fellowship provides refreshments for the faculty & staff break rooms, teacher appreciation breakfasts and lunches, and treats for teachers and staff during STAAR testing season.
