We remember and honor those who died serving and fighting for our freedom so that we could worship and live freely. We’re so grateful for their sacrifices.
Reminder: Tomorrow, May 24 will be a Family Worship Sunday. All children, Early Childhood through grade 12, will not have classes, but will join their parents in the worship service at 9:00 or 10:45 a.m. We’re looking forward to celebrating our high school graduates and worshiping with you tomorrow!
Please be aware that ongoing road construction and periodic street closures around the church throughout the summer may require detours and additional travel time when attending services and events. We encourage everyone to plan ahead, allow extra time for travel, and check for updated traffic patterns before leaving for church services and activities. While these temporary inconveniences may affect normal routes, we appreciate your patience and flexibility as improvements are being made in our area. Thank you for continuing to faithfully gather with us this summer!
The first of these road closures is anticipated to start near Sunny Lane beginning May 26, meaning Speegleville Road between US-84 and Wheatland Drive will be closed. If coming from US 84, you will need to take Bosque Lane to Oak Road to get to the Church. You can find a map of upcoming road closures and stay updated here: https://fellowshipwaco.org/summer/.
Both Women’s Ministry and Men’s Ministry will offer Bible study groups this summer, on Wednesday nights from 6:00-7:30pm, beginning June 17. Childcare is available with registration. You can find all the details and register at fellowshipwaco.org/summer. We hope you’ll plan to join us!
MomLIFE Summer fun kicks off this week! Join us with the kids tomorrow morning, May 21, at 10am for a playdate at Magnolia Marketplace! This Saturday, May 23, we’ll have our first Breakfast (for moms’ only 😉) at La Madeleine at 9:00am. Please RSVP today for the breakfast, to 512-557-1220. For the complete schedule, visit https://fellowshipwaco.org/mom-life/.
We want to celebrate these families who took part in Child Dedication services on Sunday! Please continue to pray for and encourage them as they seek to teach their children about Christ by instruction and example.
