Our next Baptism Services will take place during the Sunday evening E3 event on August 23. If you are ready to take the step of believer’s baptism and would like to be baptized, please call the church office at 254-848-7200 or submit the form on our website to schedule your baptism meeting with a Pastor or Ministry Leader before Sunday, August 16. Children younger than 13 wishing to be baptized should complete the Baptism: Taking a Closer Look parent-child workbook prior to the meeting. This booklet is available at the Welcome Desk or on the Baptism page on our website. The monthly Equipped for LIFE class will take place this Sunday, July 19, at 10:45am in the Sycamore Room. We will be kicking off our new “Discover” series with “Discover: Missions”. In this class you will learn more about what missions at Fellowship looks like from our Missions Team leaders. We’ll walk through our missions philosophy and you’ll also hear about our existing missionary partnerships. We will also introduce a missions map for developing future missionary partnerships at Fellowship. We would love for you to join us—you may even identify next steps for yourself in missions! Lemonade Stand Challenge Weekend is here! This annual event is designed to raise awareness and funds for Isaiah 117 House, which provides a comforting home where foster children awaiting placement can be brought. Stop by our lemonade stand and learn more about Isaiah 117 House while you enjoy your lemonade! Sponsored by MomLIFE Ministry, we’ll be selling lemonade in Valley Mills at 103 Ave. C on Friday morning, July 17, from 10:00am-12:00pm, and in the South Foyer on Sunday morning, July 19, from 10:00am-12:30pm. The PLACE workshop begins Sunday, July 19! The purpose of this workshop is to help believers identify their spiritual gifts and develop those gifts so they may use them both in everyday life and within the body at Fellowship. The PLACE Workshop will meet from 10:45am-12:00pm in the Cypress Room on Sunday mornings, from July 19-August 30. The cost is $15, which includes your workbook.
