This Easter, we invite you to join us on the journey to the fullness of joy in knowing the resurrected Jesus! Whether you’re searching for answers, needing renewal, or longing for deeper faith, Easter is the perfect time to encounter the life-changing truth of the resurrection. Bring your family and join us for our Good Friday service on April 18 at 6:30 p.m., as we celebrate Communion. (Childcare will not be available during the Good Friday service.) We invite you to return for one of our three Easter Sunday services on April 20. In addition to our regular Sunday morning service times of 9:00 a.m. and 10:45 a.m., we’ll begin the day with a special Sunrise Service at 7:30 a.m., with light breakfast items available (no childcare will be available during the Sunrise Service—families welcome!). Children’s Ministry classes will be open on Easter morning during our regular worship times (9:00 a.m.: Birth-4th grades; 10:45 a.m.: Birth-6th grades). Invite your family and friends, and let’s worship together! For complete details, visit our Easter page: fellowshipwaco.org/easter/. We can’t wait to celebrate the resurrection of our Lord and Savior with you!
Yes, there are times when we feel weary doing good. But God promises that we will reap a harvest if we persevere! Do not get discouraged—keep the faith and keep on doing good things!
The season of Lent is a time for reflection and devotion as we approach the observance of Jesus’ death and the celebration of His resurrection on Easter. Take some time to prayerfully read through these passages. Lord, help us to fix our eyes on Jesus, who bore our sins on the cross and conquered the grave. Let this be a season of renewal, of turning away from sin and turning fully toward your love and grace! In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.
The Men’s Monthly Breakfast is this Saturday, March 15! Don’t forget to RSVP and join us at 8am for a time of encouragement, laughter, and inspiration. RSVP at: https://fellowshipwaco.org/mens-events/. Hope to see you there!
